We ship Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. We deliver to mainland Australia and Tasmania and offer FREE* shipping on orders over $100 to these regions.

CARRIER INFORMATION & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Our carrier, Auspost, does not deliver to the following locations:

• Airports
• Prisons

Accordingly, any orders nominating these locations as the shipping address will be rejected and the products not sent or delivered. 

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse to deliver products to any locations.

If your order is being delivered to a Hospital please ensure the suite number, level/floor and/or ward location is included in the first delivery address line.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery or authorised to be left in a safe place. If you are not at the nominated address when your order is delivered, Auspost will leave a calling card at your nominated address and goods will be delivered to your local Australia Post office.

CANCELLING & MODIFYING ORDERS

Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon as possible. As a result, You cannot cancel your order after submitting your order. If you have questions about making a cancellation or return, please contact our customer service team here.

INTERNATIONAL BILLING & SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to the Torres Strait Islands or Christmas Island.
