We honour the earth that sustains our tea. Our matcha comes from small farms in Uji, Kyoto, where sustainable and fair-trade practices protect both the land and those who care for it. Each harvest is a step toward giving back to nature.

Each batch of our matcha is stone-ground in small quantities by artisans who uphold Japan’s quiet tradition of craft. Freshly milled and free from additives, it’s best enjoyed within one month—when its flavour is most vibrant and alive.
